1:1 Coaching for high-achieving working mums who know this can’t keep going like this

You don’t need another tip to be more organised.

You’ve already tried the things that are supposed to make it easier:
planning harder, squeezing more in, being “disciplined”, trying to switch off properly, telling yourself you’ll be more present, buying the diary, doing the morning routine, promising you’ll stop working after bedtime.

And yet you’re still replying to something in the kitchen so it’s off your mind.

Still thinking about tomorrow while you’re meant to be enjoying today.

Still feeling like everything is urgent and important and somehow down to you.

And that’s the part that makes you quietly panic, because you’re not someone who “can’t cope”.

You’ve built a career. You deliver. You’re capable.

So when it starts feeling like you can’t keep doing both, it doesn’t just feel stressful.

It feels like it means something about you.

Like stepping back would be failing.
Like admitting you can’t handle what other people seem to handle.
Like showing your kids a version of you you don’t want to model.

So you keep pushing.

Even when you can feel it’s not sustainable anymore.

Work life balance through coaching

Why this keeps happening.

Because the problem isn’t time management.

It’s the internal pressure system you’ve been using for years to succeed.

The part of you that:

- responds fast because it feels safer than being seen as “not on it”
over-prepares because you don’t want to be caught out
- carries everything because asking for help feels like work
- fills every gap because stopping feels uncomfortable
- stays mentally ahead because it gives you a sense of control

That system works, until you have children, a home, a relationship, and a life you actually care about being present inside.

Then it stops being a strategy and starts being a trap.

And no amount of “getting on top of it” fixes that.

Because you can’t spreadsheet your way into feeling calm, connected and like yourself again.

What my Coaching is actually for

This is for the woman who already knows:
“I can’t keep living like this.”

Not in a dramatic way.

In the small moments:
when your jaw is tight at 8pm,
when you sit down but your brain doesn’t,
when you’re physically with your kids but mentally elsewhere,
when you feel guilty whichever direction you turn,
when you notice the resentment creeping in and think, I don’t want this to become my personality.

We deliberately build up two things...

1) Understanding
We pinpoint exactly what’s driving your pressure, rushing and inability to switch off, so you stop thinking you’re broken or failing and start seeing the pattern clearly.

2) Skills
We build the practical skill of choosing differently in real life, when the day is full and the old habits want to take over.

Not a reinvention.

A recalibration.

So you can keep your career and your ambition, and also have a home life that doesn’t get your leftovers.

So you stop carrying everything like it’s urgent and start giving the best of you to what actually matters.

A quick note about me

I spent 20 years leading inside global companies. On paper, I was the capable one.

Behind the scenes, I was pushing, over-functioning, and managing my life instead of living it.

Until I burnt out hard enough to realise: being good at coping isn’t the same as having a life that feels good.

That’s why I do this work now.

Because you are not incapable of having a career and a family.

You’ve just been carrying both in a way that’s costing too much.
